A full refund will be automatically issued to all users who submitted their application through this website in the event of an application denial by the Government.

Once your application has been submitted with us, it is understood and agreed that we will begin processing your application within the timeframe specified during submission. If you request a refund after your application has been submitted, a service cancellation fee of USD 35 may apply. Refund requests will only be accepted if the application has not yet been submitted to the Canadian Government.

Please note that refund requests due to personal circumstances or voluntary cancellation of travel may be declined. We therefore advise applicants to review all information carefully and apply only when they are certain.

Refunds that qualify as reimbursements (other than rebates approved by the Canadian Government) will be reviewed and determined within 72 hours, following an assessment by our legal team.

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Any approved refund will be issued in USD and processed within three (3) working days from the receipt of your written withdrawal request. Your bank or credit card provider may convert the refunded amount into your local currency. You will receive the exact USD amount originally charged.
